  1. How many Dreadlock Extensions do I need for a full head?

This depends on the thickness of your hair as well as the thickness of the locs. For 0.6cm and 0.8cm locs, on average most people need 70-100 locs depending on the thickness of their hair. For 0.4cm loc extensions 100+ depending on your hair type. The best way to determine the number of Locs you need is by sectioning your hair and counting the number of sections, please contact your loctician for assistance.

  1. Can I bleach and dye Permanent Dreadlock Extensions?

Yes, the Locs can be bleached then dyed to a colour of your choice. Always remember that bleach and dye can weaken your hair overtime, so do it with caution.

  1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  1. Can I remove my Permanent Dreadlock Extensions?

Our Locs are made for long term to permanent wear. If you plan to take them down, the process is similar to removing natural Locs. You can either trim the extensions overtime or cut them at the attachment site and pick out your natural growth.

There are different ways to install loc extensions. You can check out our social media pages for inspiration but there is vast amount of content on other social media platforms. Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity and quality of your hair extensions or dreadlocks. Loc extensions can be maintained in the same way as your own grown natural locs.

  1. Can I return or exchange my hair extensions or dreadlocks if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We have a customer-friendly return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in terms of product quality(defects), please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. We do not accept already used products.
